POLICIES:

 

A $15 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required upon booking.

 

All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling and/or time changes must be made 24 hours before the day of your appointment. Once deposit is made there is no refund.

 

You are ONLY allowed ONE reschedule and cancellation and it must be done atleast 24 hours before your booked appointment.

If you exceed the time frame to cancel , you lose your deposit. If you exceed the time frame to reschedule, you will be charged the $15 deposit fee AGAIN as it is NON TRANSFERRABLE and NON REFUNDABLE, if you would like to reschedule..

 

If you reschedule/cancel your appointment on the same day of your appointment you will be charged an additional fee of $10 your NEXT APPOINTMENT(on top of the $15 deposit fee which makes it $25 to book & only $15 goes towards your total).

 

IF YOU CANCEL/RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT MORE THAN 4 TIMES YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO BOOK WITH ME! I’m sorry.

Lashes must be completely clean & ready for application at the time of your appointment. If not make sure to book a lash bath or lash extensions removal. I do not fill in other lash techs work so please do not forget to book any necessary services. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION and a last-min cancellation fee of $10. COME ON TIME ESPECIALLY if you are a new client to fill out paperwork .

The prices listed are FIRM unless there is a SALE. Please DO NOT come to your appointment changing your originally booked service as that will result in last min revisions & Time lapse. If you do decide to change your service once already in, you will be charged a $5 revision fee & $10 late fee for the time lapse. So please be sure of what you want UPON BOOKING or book a Consultation.

 

If you have any questions on a specific service, sale or package deal please don't hesitate to message me for pricing or extra information atleast 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid any fees or book a Consultation appointment upon booking.

Late Policy:

If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment a $10 fee will be added. After 15 minutes your appointment will have to be canceled & rescheduled & a $10 fee will be charged on top of your deposit fee your next appointment. (which makes it $25 to book & only $15 goes towards your total).

 

A NO CALL, NO SHOW WILL result in a $20 fee that has to payed in advance if you’d like to book with me in the future. No exceptions.

24-48hours LASH EXTENSIONS FIX/FILL POLICY: Lash Extensions “24 hour fix/fill” Policy

** ( applies to EVERYONE ) VERY IMPORTANT!! 🚨🚨🚨🗣🗣

* Lash Extensions are temporary.

* Longevity of Lash Extensions are not Guaranteed at SugarBossBeauty .

* There is no refund for Lash Extensions, after the service has been completed. Lash Extensions itself is very expensive and takes 2-3 hrs to do the application. If your extensions are lasting less than a week, it may not be right for you. The client is either not taking quality care of them, using oil skincare/makeup products, sleeping on them, makeup,or getting them wet have week retention etc. Some people have oily skin on the lids, this can also contribute to longevity.

* It is recommended to wipe the eyelids daily, regardless if makeup was applied around the eyes, this will keep the eye area clean and sanitary and reduce dirt build up.

* Average Longevity is about 2-3 weeks. This is only an average. Some clients need a fill around 1-2 week intervals. If a client is strict with care it may last up to 4 weeks.

* Lash Extensions Longevity is random, and depends on the clients natural lash growth cycle, how well it is taken care of , and weather can also contribute to how long it may last.

* Fills are clients responsibility not your lash stylist. Schedule in Advance! NO DAY OF APPOINTMENTS

* IF more than 40% of lash extensions are detached or grown out it will be considered a Full set again, and client will pay a Full Set price to redo them. Let the SPECIALIST know in advance if you need a full set as the time is different. Full set about 2hours+ fills 45 mins-1 hour.

I am a 3xs certified lash technician & have performed over 50 clients with Lash Extensions application in just my first year.. Majority of the clients are very happy with overall look and longevity. In rare occasions, it may last less than a week for some clients. This is not only at SugarBossBeauty but other Lash places as well may experience the same with their clients. This does not mean the quality of the glue. Everyone is different and how well it is taken care of in the first 48 hrs is critical. If a client has thin or short, oily lids, fast growth cycle, sleeps on the side or face, gets them too wet, too much eye makeup, rubbing the eyes, travels alot, wear glasses, touches them, brush them too often, this is to name a few examples. Once a client leaves, it is the clients responsibility to take care of them properly. If they do not last at least a week please contact SugarBossBeauty specialist and we can have another consultation and see what we can do to fix or help with longevity. This is a $45 charge of another consul+ fill if needed. (This is a courtesy fee) A lot of other places will charge a full set price regardless of how long it lasted for a client. * Fills are only fixing lash extensions not replacing all of them. * Get adequate fills on time and schedule in advance!!! Please do not call to schedule at the last minute, most likely the schedule will be booked out about a week sometimes even further, if you need a full set again it will be charged. * Before the client leaves, the client will be explained how to take care of them, policies and how to schedule. Once they have left it is their sole responsibility to take care of their lashes. Make sure you are HAPPY with your lashes before leaving. Once you leave it is no longer SugarBossBeauty responsibility.

NO DEPOSIT= NO APPOINTMENT (even if we booked and agreed via text/call/web etc. Deposits have to be SENT before you are officially booked into the system)

Please, please try to make it on time as all of these services ARE NOT A QUICK PROCESS & time is seriously of the essence when it comes to these services. I understand things change and life happens but time is very valuable and we all have things to do outside of our business. I want everyone to respect everyone’s time & informing and enforcing to EVERYONE, regardless of personal circumstances, ALL of the policies, is the only way I can stay as organized as possible. Please respect my accommodations.
